Shipping Policy
At Vieroots, we strive to deliver your products safely and promptly to your doorstep.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there’s a significant delay.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, your order will usually reach you within:
- 2–5 business days for major cities across India
- 5–12 business days for non-metro locations

Up to 15 business days for Remote/Outstation Areas

Free shipping is available for all postpaid and prepaid orders across India.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking link and AWB number so you can monitor your shipment status in real time.
Delivery Policy
Deliveries are serviced across India, including metro and non-metro locations.
Deliveries are subject to location serviceability and local courier network availability.
We attempt delivery up to three times. If the customer is unavailable during all attempts, the shipment will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
Pickup Policy
Pickup requests are processed within 24–72 hours of confirmation. The pickup schedule depends on the service area and courier partner availability.
Customers are requested to ensure the parcel is properly packed and labeled before the pickup attempt.
A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made. After that, the request will be automatically cancelled.
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
A shipment is considered RTO in the following cases:
- Customer not available or address incorrect after three attempts.
- Refusal to accept the parcel.
- Delivery location found non-serviceable after dispatch.
Once an RTO is initiated, the parcel will be returned to the Vieroots warehouse in Ernakulam, and reshipment will incur additional charges.
Damage/Discrepancy Policy
Any product received in damaged condition or with quantity mismatch must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Claims after the specified period will not be accepted.
Cancellation & Order Modification Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation or modification requests cannot be processed.
In case of order errors (wrong product or address), please contact our support team immediately.
Non Serviceable-Restricted Areas Policy
Deliveries to remote or government-restricted regions may take additional time or be cancelled based on courier network limitations.
Customers will be informed promptly in such cases, and alternate options (pickup from nearest hub or refund) will be provided.
Shipping Partners
We partner only with reliable and verified logistics providers such as Bluedart, DTDC & Shree maruthi, Indian post to ensure fast and secure deliveries across India.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately.
In rare cases of lost shipments, Vieroots will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. A resolution or replacement will be provided within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
